Yes, returns are accepted 14 days after you receive the item, unless it is a custom item. Item should be in the original condition you received it.

A refund, minus shipping costs, will be returned when the item is received by Mixed Alchemy. 

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Orders will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.

It is recommended to flip inside out, wash on delicate with cold water, and air dry. I know air drying may not always be ideal, if that is the case, a low tumble dry is okay. I always tumble dry on low for quality control. If you choose to tumble dry, please do your best to remove garment immediately from dryer.

In general, if you want your clothes to last longer avoid the dryer. 

Please do not place an iron directly on any designs. If you need to iron the design, put something like a blank t-shirt or peice of fabric between the iron and the design.
